AUTOMATIC TAPE DISPENSER MODEL # DM200

The flexible and modular design of model #DM200 allows for a wide range of use for the medical device manufacturer.

  1. The unique “hands free” design feature automatically feeds, cuts, and presents the cut length of latexFree cohesive tape for operator removal.  Upon removal of the cut length of tape, Model# DM200 automatically recycles itself – providing another cut length of tape for operator removal.  The Operator has “HANDS FREE” to perform the required task in the production of the particular medical device.
  2. Digital Input of required Tape Lengths from 25mm (1in.) to 610mm (24 in.)  Operator enters Required cut length, Model #DM200 will continue to feed, cut and dispense the length entered, until operator enters another length required.
  3. Time Delay from 0.1 secs. to 15 secs.  Operator enters desired time delay between dispensing next cut length of tape.  The Time Delay feature is often used in balancing of time within production lines, or production work cells.
  4. Modes of Operation:
    1. Demand Mode – upon operator removal of cut length of tape, dispenser will automatically recycle itself, and present the next cut length of tape for operator removal. 
    2. Automatic Mode – the dispenser will continually dispense cut length of tape.
    3. Manual Mode – depress button each time a tape length is required.

MODULAR DESIGN OF THE TAPE DISPENSER PROVIDES A PLATFORM TO WHICH TAPE APPLICATING FIXTURES CAN BE ATTACHED.
